All you need is 1 bowl, 8 ingredients, & 30 minutes for delicious cookies that will melt in your mouth. Natural home-made Vegan cookies Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 20 minutes Ingredients: -3/4 cup of smooth peanut butter -1/3 cup of pure cane sugar granules -4 tbsp warmed non-dairy milk (we used almond-cashew milk) -3/4 cup of sprouted rolled oats -1/2 cup of whole wheat flour -1/2 tsp of baking soda -1/3 tsp of salt -1/2 a cup of vegan chocolate chips -Cinnamon or spices (optional) Step by step: 1 - Preheat your oven to 350F & setup your baking pan. 2 - Mix flour with salt & baking soda 3 - In a separate bowl, mix PB, sugar, warmed milk & mix until combined 4 - Add the flour mix to the peanut butter mix and combine until chunky. Add chocolate chips & cinnamon, mix again. 5 - In this step, you can add more ingredients to your preference of consistency or chunkiness or chocolateyness ;-) ours was a good mix of chunky & smooth 6 - Once mixed well, form into small balls and place on lined baking sheet. 7 - Place in oven for 12 minutes.
