* Healthy Stuffed Kulcha * Try this easy and healthy stuffed aata kulcha recipe which perfectly fits in your breakfast and snack menu : Aata Kulcha Onion (1 chopped) Capsicum (2 chopped) Beans (1 cup chopped) Carrot (1/2 cup chopped) Tomato(2)- green chilli puree(2) Garlic paste (1 tsp) Tomato ketchup (3 tsp) Garam masala (1/2 tsp) Red chilli powder (1/2 tsp) Haldi powder (1/4 tsp) Coriander powder (1 1/2 tsp) Salt (1 tsp) Oil (3 tsp) Fresh coriander (1/2 cup chopped) Steps: 1. Heat 2 tbsp Oil in a pan and add onion. Saute till transparent. 2. Add the prepared tomato-green chilli puree, garlic paste and mix. 3. Add red chilli powder, haldi powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix evenly. 4. Add carrots and saute for about 2 mins. 5. Add beans and capsicum. Mix well and cover with a lid for 3-4 mins. 6. Add 2 tbsp water to make it moist. 7. Add ketchup and garam masala. Mix well. 8. Add fresh coriander and mix. For mayonnaise sauce Mayonnaise (3 tsp) Chilli garlic paste (1 tsp) Mix mayonnaise and chilli garlic paste well. 1. On one Kulcha spread the prepared mayonnaise sauce and on another add some stuffing. 2. Join both together and toast on a Tawa with oil from both the sides. 3. Cut into half and serve . 4. Enjoy.
