I'm glad I taped it though. Feel free to play around with the sweeteners you like. I used skinny syrup for the chocolate flavor, although I know it's not the cleanest ingredient. Please let me know if you try it. * * Ingredients *1 Tbs Melted butter *1 Egg *1 Tsp Vanilla *2 Tsp Choice of skinny syrup *optional *1/4 cup Heavy cream *1 Tbs Water *1 Tbs Cream cheese *2 Tbs Cocoa powder *1 Tbs Keto Chocolate chips *1 Tsp Whey protein powder *1 Tbs Brown swerve *1 Tbs Xylitol *1 Tsp Baking Powder *1 Handful of Pork rinds . *Reserve a few keto chocolate chips to sprinkle on top of the cake a prior to putting in oven Step . 1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Grease silicone baking mould 3. Add all the ingredients listed in order to your bullet or a blender 4. Once all the ingredients are added, tighten lid and mix until all ingredients are blended together 5. Once ingredients are all mixed. Use a spatula to stir mixture, to make sure it has a pudding like consistency. If it's too thick stir in tiny amounts of water until pudding consistency is reached 6. Add mixture to your buttered silicone mould and spread out evenly 7. Sprinkle some keto chocolate chips evenly on top 8. Bake until cake tester or toothpick pulls out cleanly for about 30-35 minutes 9. Allow cake to cool before cutting . *Tips: Something to remember when using pork rinds in baking, is I find they can be unpredictable sometimes in recipes. Sometimes your mixture gets too thick or too thin. Since making this video I've made this cake 2 times the consistency has varied. Sometimes the cake didn't rise as much, sometimes it's richer. I almost preferred it not as risen, because I find it more moist. It's been delicious every time though. * *
