Ingredients: 330g Glutinous rice flour 60g Tapioca flour 2 tsp Baking powder 3 large Eggs 120ml Sunflower oil 210ml Almond milk 170g Parmesan cheese (grated) Toppings: One egg yolk 60g Mild Red Cheddar (grated) . . . Steps: 1. Mix all the ingredients together (except the toppings) 2. Mix all the ingredients with your hands then knead them into a dough. Sprinkle extra glutinous flour in your mixing bowl if the dough seems too wet or sticky. Knead around 5 minutes until the dough become smooth. Bit it crack on the surface is fine! 3. Take the dough out, form the dough into 15 dough balls. Each dough ball should be around 65-70g. Use your palm to warm the dough up and roll it into a nice round ball. 4. Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Place the doll ball on it. 5. Preheat the oven to 180C. 6. Blush some egg yolk on each dough ball and generously put the grated cheddar on top. This will give the cheese buns an extra kick of cheesy flavour and the bright golden yellow colour! 7. Bake in the oven at 180C, for 20-25 minutes or until the buns turn golden brown. 8. Let the buns cool on the cooking rack. 9. Ready to serve! Enjoy the chewiness of these gluten free cheese buns! . . . Tips: A quick DIY way to make a bag for the warm buns or any baking goodies. Simply take a long parchment paper/ baking paper. Fold it in half. Staple both sides of the parchment paper. Put the cooler or warm buns in it, then use two sealing clips to clip the upper corners of the DIY bag. The bag is still slight opened. (See pictures) This way, the baking goodies are allowed to breath. Keep them from getting soggy! . . .
