I saw the s recipe floating around on Facebook right before Valen

I saw the s recipe floating around on Facebook right before Valentines day and decided to make my own version. First, I made the chocolate covered strawberries and cut the stems off. Then, I used my jumbo cupcake pan and cupcake liners. In the bottom of each liner, I crumbled oreo cookies and baked at 350 for about 5 minutes. Then, I put a chocolate covered strawberry on top of the crust once it cooled. Next, I made a no bake Cheesecake. This consists of 1 8oz bar of cream cheese, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and mix that with your mixer until smooth and creamy. Then, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1/3 cup of lemon juice and mix again. I let this sit for a few minutes to set up a little and then I poured it on top of the strawberry and crust. Then, I melted chocolate and drizzled it over the top. I set these in the freezing cold garage overnight and they did not set up tight like I was hoping. But, they were still delicious. You just had to coax them out of the liners. Next time I will stick to the recipe straight away and that part will be easier. Overall though, this is a great thing to make and very easy. So, go on and give it a try.
