Steps to follow: 1) Add chopped tomatoes+onions+capsicum+green chillies+fresh coriander in a bowl and mix well. 2) Add 1/2 tsp all the spices (red chilli+garam masala+haldi+salt+chaat masala), add 1/2 lemon juice also if you like. 3) Apply butter on one side of the bread, add the veggies on the top, and then add cheese slices. 4) Apply mayo on another bread( you can skip this or you can also apply ketchup) 5) Press both the bread together and apply butter on both the sides. 6) Put this in a sandwich maker (you can use pan also) for about 3-4 mints. 7) Serve hot with ketchup, mayo, mint chutney, or whatever you like ;) ENJOY!
