Let that marinade in the fridge with your Brussel sprouts for a few hrs. ️ Dice two large sweet potatoes and put those in your ziploc bag and season with salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder and cumin ️ Preheat oven to 425. method: Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil (I used avocado oil) ️ Place the cut side down in the hot pan and let them brown on the stove. Once they've browned on the cut side, season with a little salt and put Brussel sprouts and diced sweet potatoes in the pan and finish cooking in the oven for 15 min. ️ Remove from the oven when browned. I drizzled some honey at the end too. While your Brussel sprouts are cooking grill your chicken (season with Lawry's seasoning salt). ️
